Aftermath

Day 205

The worst of the storm had now passed. In its wake, it left cool grey skies with the odd patch of blue sky peeking through. I spent the morning working on a few woodworking designs and Lori did her best to finish her puzzle; that’s until Sophie was caught chewing another puzzle piece she managed to swipe off the table. Realizing a puzzle was not the best with dingle balls (Sophie) able to reach the table, Lori packed it up and we left the Rv for some fresh air. The workers of the campground had been busy all morning and pretty much had the roads cleared of debris when we walked the dogs. By mid morning we decided to go for a casual drive around town and found ourselves driving through a sketchy section before finding our way back to the main strip. Once back on the main strip, we headed back home for the balance of the day. 

Perry KOA was nice. Unfortunately, there is nothing really around Perry to see.
