Day 269
It rained the entire evening and was still coming down when we woke this morning. The pups balked at leaving the comfort of the Rv for their morning walk and took a some coaxing . Upon return they resembled two drowned rats. During our walk, I noticed the rain had washed a fair bit of mud and sand down the hill covering the road around around the Rv. Along the base of the hill where the coyotes were the night before, a riverbed that was dry when we arrived, was now a fast flowing river.
Today we headed into town to pick up a prescription for Lori and a few groceries. The rain was expected to stay with us throughout the day, so we decided to head home and spend the day completing a puzzle we have been working on.
This was a dry river bed when we arrived.
Finished the donut puzzle we have been working on since the last campground.
