Day Thirteen
So many old memories have come to light in last few weeks. Memories such as sleeping in the cold when camping, milk in a bag, and the latest, a laundromat. Today was going to be the coldest day before improving so we made the call to catch up on a little laundry. We made our way into Thunder Bay and entered Barbs Laundromat just as they opened. Barbs had a barrage of machines from the old white top loader with the push tray for the coins to newer industrial ones that you really could fit a grown person into, not that I would……. Just saying 🤔 We picked the smaller of the industrial washers and it really did not take long, we were done in ninety minutes.
We wanted to spend some time exploring Thunder Bay little and headed down to Marina Park for a little lunch and walk. The park was situated on the edge of Lake Superior, the wind coming off the lake was so cold we ate our lunch in the truck, quickly walked the pups and headed home to warm up. Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be eight and head into double digits from there…. Sure looking forward to that
