Day 111
It’s weird to grasp the concept of living on the road for an extended period of time. We keep getting our heads wrapped up in the thought, seeing as much possible every day, like you would do during a two week vacation from work.
On the chore days, I would have mixed emotions. Half of me would be feeling like I am missing out on things to see and do, the other half of me is quietly relieved to take a break from being a tourist, and always being on the road. Lori and I had discussions about this and have come to the understanding that we are on the marathon and not the 100 meter dash like we see the weekend campers do.
Today is a chore day, and the puppies have a hair appointment in Saint John. We were on the road shortly after eight and dropped the puppies off at nine. During our wait, we spent the morning gathering a few items for the Rv, before heading home early afternoon with two freshly groomed pups.
