Day Sixty Two
Our experiences with tics in Quebec has left us a little more cautious with the dogs. Sophie was becoming more difficult to examine, so we arranged for a grooming appointment today. Gizmo, being the half naked dog already, was just booked for a nail trim.
We decided to make a morning of it, and headed to town looking for a good place for breakfast. We did a quick search, and found no restaurants serving breakfast. Lori, wondered if the local hotel would have something and we pulled into the Hilton. The lobby concierge informed us that they don’t serve breakfast, and she is unaware of any restaurants that specialize in breakfasts, such as iHop, Smittys, Ricky’s, or Dennys. A little disappointed, we tracked down the closest A&W and headed over. The breakfast was fantastic, and would have paid double for it at any other restaurant. After breakfast we dropped Sophie of at the groomer, and headed out headed for a few items required in the RV.
Throughout our visit we noticed a local restaurant called the Moo Moo grilled chessery, and figured we should visit there sometime during our stay. We were to picked Sophie up around one, and decided today would be our chance for lunch at the Moo Moo Grilled Chessery.
The neat thing about this restaurant is the ingredients are all made, and grown in PEI, It boasts to be the best grilled cheese you ever had. Lori order the tomato and basil grilled cheese, and I had the mac and bacon grilled cheese, pasta in a grilled cheese… different for sure. After lunch we headed back to the RV to begin packing the RV up for an early morning departure.
